Often homeowners call our office with pricing questions; our customer service reps are trained to recognize call priorities, distinguish an emergency call from a convenience call, and explain the service call process for customers to understand what to expect from start to finish. They are not trained or experienced in estimating electrical installations or repairs. The technicians who come to your home are trained and proficient in providing the most accurate price.

We do not bill hourly. We run an up-front pricing program called the “Straight-Forward” pricing guide. Every task has a flat price. We provide an up-front estimate ensuring clients understand the total cost before we proceed with work. This allows our technicians to take the time to make every installation and repair perfect, making every client experience feel comfortable and not rushed or stressful.

Our technicians participate in weekly customer service training that emphasizes how to respectfully work in our clients homes. Technicians are required to wear boot covers upon entering homes, put down drop cloths to capture any dust or debris, cover furniture, electronics, counter space, as well as vacuum and wipe down all areas we worked in when the job is complete.

Our technicians have all been pre-screened, background checked, and undergo drug testing, they are also qualified through the DMV to ensure we are putting safe drivers on the road. They also have OSHA 10 training, and are taught best practices for safe work on ladders, and with electricity. They are also taught fire and carbon monoxide safety, and carry advanced level first aid kits as well as fire extinguishers, fall harnesses, safety glasses, work gloves and hard-hats.

The $89 service fee includes a qualified, licensed and insured, background checked and drug tested technician in full uniform with a fully stocked truck arriving at your home to perform a 10-point evaluation to determine the overall condition of your electrical system overall while gathering your exact needs.. We are typically equipped to perform your installation or repair on that same day.
